The Improvisation and Spirituality Weekend
March 8-10, 2020
What is it you think of when you think about spiritual practice?
Chances are what first comes to mind are internal, contemplated forms, such as meditation and mindfulness.
Although these practices are invaluable, in and of themselves they’re incomplete.
They don’t fully prepare of us for those aspects of life that are more external than internal, those unscripted times that demand the ability to improvise and engage interactively.
This experiential exploration – the Improvisation and Spiritual Weekend – is designed to provide the building blocks to complement our internal practices through the disciplines of applied improvisation and interactivity. Together we’ll uncover useful skills that can be applied for those portions of our life when we’re not involved in contemplation.
