"Don't trust anyone over 30," was a phrase some of us used back in the day.
Things have turned around now and younger folks use "Hey Boomer" as a preference for explaining how it is to an older crowd.
Bridge Generations: Change the World is The Sacred Inclusion Network second exploration exploring this topic, bringing together a multigenerational panel to explore what it means to be members of different generations, and how we might break down barriers to better understand each other and work together to address the needs of a changing world.
The challenges ahead—climate collapse, AI ethics, social inequality—demand intergenerational alliances. Older generations offer hard-won lessons on sustainability and diplomacy; younger ones bring urgency and digital-native creativity. Imagine a world where:
- Gen X's skepticism of tech monopolies guides Millennial founders toward ethical innovation.
- Gen Z's climate protests are amplified by Boomer policymakers' leverage.
What to Expect
This Exploration offers a unique space where voices from all generations are heard and valued. Through facilitated dialogue, interactive exercises, and collaborative problem-solving, participants will:
