30 Days of Kindness is an opportunity to expand your zone of compassion – to yourself, your family, your friends and your world.

Each day for thirty days you’ll perform a single act of kindness, and post where others can be inspired by your progress.

During each week, we’ll suggest a theme.

We’ll give you suggestions that you can use, or you can come up with our own.

Studies have found that acts of kindness are linked to increased feelings of well-being.  Plus, there is some evidence to suggest that when we help others, it can promote changes in the brain that are linked with happiness.

"This is my simple religion," The Dalai Lama said. "There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness."

Join us this August as we practice 30 Days of Kindness.
